This is official description of the Continence Program.
Incontinence is a common health problem that affects over 2 million Australians of all ages and backgrounds. To address this important issue, the Commonwealth Government has provided $31 million of funding over seven years to resource the National Continence Management Strategy (NCMS). Through the NCMS the Government aims to improve continence treatment and management so that more Australians can live and participate in their communities with dignity and confidence.

I really shouldn't make fun because I will definitely be struggling with incontinence myself someday sooner that I would like to admit.
