mystery race pack food

so, i will send this to whoever can figure out what this piece of food is.

it was included in mark's race kit at shepparton.
we have no clue what it is. the only things written on the package are: IXL and it contains gluten, milk products and sulphites.
it's about 1 inch by 4 inch long and only 0.5 cm think.
